Thomas J. Morgan
Thomas Morgan is an accomplished attorney whose practice encompasses capital markets and securities, finance, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and transactional law. Tom has a robust background in representing both public and private entities, investment firms, and in guiding complex transactions and regulatory compliance matters.
In his career, Tom has skillfully handled the issuance of equity and debt securities, structured investment funds, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
