Real Estate Transactional Attorney
Inland Empire – Remote/Hybrid
Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an attorney with five plus years’ quality experience in real estate transactions to join our Inland Empire office. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate leasing, commercial purchasing agreements, subdivided land sales, and should be familiar with residential land sales. An understanding of the land use and entitlement process related to these transactions is also desired.
California Bar membership, required. Fennemore offers a flexible work environment, allowing for flexible work arrangements. A qualified candidate may fill this role on a substantially remote basis.

Compensation: Fennemore’s compensation structure is merit-based and considers experience, location and overall performance. Total expected annual compensation for a fifth year attorney in this position at 1,850 hours before any objective or subjective bonus awards is expected to be $190,000, of which $150,000 is paid monthly and $10,000 per quarter if minimum hours are hit. Additionally, the firm has an objective bonus system, with the average amount for full-year lawyers exceeding $30,000 in 2025. On top of this, the firm has a subjective bonus system.
Actual compensation varies based on experience, performance, and billable hours. Full compensation and benefits details will be provided to candidates during the hiring process, consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
