The Conflict Shift: How to Move from Conflict to Cooperation
Sign up for a dynamic, experiential, interactive workshop on dealing with difficult conflicts more effectively, hosted by Dr. Susan Bernstein, MBA ’94. This event is hosted by the Berkeley-Haas Alumni Network, East Bay Chapter.
When you attend this workshop, you will:
- Learn about the three key roles we unconsciously play that create unnecessary drama, and identify how these roles have impacted power dynamics throughout our lives
- Experiment with each of the three roles in conflict dramas to get an inner sense of the roles, needs, and unexpressed power
- Discover an approach to conflict that empowers everyone to achieve collaborative “power with,” rather than “power over.”
- Define strategies for transforming dynamics in your own environment.
