Wendel Rosen Elevates Bart Flood and Lisa Lenherr to Partner
Wendel Rosen LLP, the largest law firm in the East Bay representing businesses throughout the state, announces that Bart Flood and Lisa Lenherr have been elevated to partner, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Flood works with clients in all aspects of estate and wealth transfer planning, including estate and gift taxation, business succession and sophisticated estate planning for high net worth families. He is a member of the East Bay Community Foundation, serving on the organization’s Professional Advisor Leadership Counsel. Flood is also a member of the East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers and the East Bay Estate Planning Council. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation, with Honors, from the Golden Gate University School of Law (2014), his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (2009) and his B.A., cum laude, from Georgetown University (2005).
A member of the firm’s Insolvency, Restructuring, and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, Lenherr focuses her practice on business insolvency and restructuring issues, including out-of-court workouts, debtor-creditor law, 363 sales, avoidance actions, assignments for the benefit of creditors, bankruptcy appeals and distressed and non-distressed debt financing transactions. She has extensive experience representing all constituents in the insolvency context, including Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy trustees, debtors, creditors, landlords, lenders, title companies, equipment lessors, and asset purchasers. She is an active member of the Bay Area insolvency community, currently serving as treasurer of the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum and serving on the executive committee (and as former chair) of the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section. She received her J.D., cum laude, (2008) from Lewis & Clark Law School and her B.A. (2000) from Lewis & Clark College.
