Fennemore, an NLJ200 law firm that helps businesses thrive with an established presence of prominent trust and estate litigation lawyers throughout California, is seeking an attorney with at least three years’ quality experience in trust and estate litigation, or civil litigation with strong interest in trust and estate litigation, to join our firm.  The candidate may work from any Fennemore office in California, including Fresno, Irvine, Oakland, Sacramento, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara or Walnut Creek.  

The position involves representation of fiduciaries, beneficiaries and nonprofit organizations in contested trust, estate, conservatorship, and elder abuse matters.  The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participating in court proceedings. Candidate must have excellent writing, research, oral advocacy and discovery skills, a strong academic record, and excellent professional credentials. California Bar membership required.

Salary:  $125,000 – $200,000/year

Associate attorneys are also eligible for profitability and subjective bonuses.
