Wendel Rosen Boosts Land Use Practice With Addition of Patrick Tuck

Wendel Rosen LLP, the largest law firm in the East Bay representing businesses throughout the Bay Area and the state, welcomes attorney Patrick Tuck as an associate in the firm’s Land Use and Litigation practices.

Tuck advises and defends private and public clients on a broad spectrum of land use and environmental law issues. He is experienced in a range of matters including, but not limited to, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance and litigation, water rights disputes, property acquisition and development, and property entitlement procedures, including obtaining local government approvals. He has successfully counseled and defended many public entity clients, including multiple California municipalities, school districts, and police departments. During law school, Tuck clerked for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment & Natural Resources Division and interned with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Land Use & Environment Team. He joins the firm from Bertrand, Fox, Elliot, Osman & Wenzel’s San Francisco office.

Tuck earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law (2015), where he served on the USF Law Review Editorial Board. He earned his B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University (2002).
